Give a little Love

It doesn’t matter how you do it. Love is something that should be given to everyone. You never know what a person is going through or has gone through. Spread the love by telling them a kind word. Give love by hugging them. Give love by texting a motivational word that can change their day to be positive. A little love goes a long way!

Simplify Life and Create Your Own Story

Finding simplicity can seem like a far-off fantasy in a world where noise and disorder are all around us. But within all of the activity, there’s a chance to alter the course of our life. We start by recharging and shifting our perspective, which leads to a simpler, more contented life in which we write our narrative. Embracing Recharge It’s simple to get sucked into the never-ending loop of work, responsibilities, and diversions in our fast-paced society. But it’s essential to take breaks to refuel to keep perspective and equilibrium. Making time for meditation, time in nature, or engaging in a favorite activity—or all three—allows us to reset and re-establish a connection with ourselves. Shifting Mindset Mindset shifts are the first steps towards changing our story. We must prioritize our values and priorities rather than letting society conventions or outside expectations rule our actions. To do this, one must learn to accept imperfection, let go of comparison, and practice gratitude in the here and now. We make ourselves more open to countless opportunities for development when we embrace an abundance-based perspective as opposed to a scarcity-based one. Simplifying Life Simplicity doesn’t mean stripping away all complexity from our lives; rather, it involves decluttering the unnecessary and focusing on what brings us joy and fulfillment. This could mean simplifying our schedules, decluttering our physical spaces, or reassessing our priorities. By eliminating distractions and honing in on what truly matters, we create space for meaningful experiences and relationships. Crafting Your Own Story Because we are the writers of our own life, there is a fresh page ready to be written every day. We have the ability to take control and write our own story, as opposed to passively accepting life as it comes to us. Setting goals, following our passions, and accepting the trip with all of its curveballs are all part of this. Conclusion Intentionality, bravery, and self-awareness are necessary on the journey of changing the story of our life. A life that is in line with our beliefs and goals can be made by giving recharge top priority, changing our perspective, simplifying our lives, and writing our own narrative. Not only can we achieve contentment and meaning via this, but we also encourage others to start their own journeys of personal growth. So let’s take use of the ability to alter and intentionally rewrite our stories one at a time.

Daydreams to Manifestation

Setting Intentions Daily Have you ever daydreamed and felt like you were on an island? I have been envisioning this more and more each day as I engage in deep meditations. The feeling is surreal, and I see myself writing on the back deck of a beautiful cabana that faces the ocean. I hear the waves of the crystal-blue water splashing. I smell the saltwater and feel a gentle breeze on my body as I write effortlessly and sip a cool glass of Uptown (lemonade and sweet tea mixed). Guided Meditation I have been listening to the amazing Deepak Chopra’s “21 Days of Abundance.” Some days, I will go back and listen to previous days and repeat the mantra meditation. I re-listened to Day 12, “Abundance and the Law of Intention and Desire.” This guided meditation is so powerful, and energy was deeply felt through the audio waves. Vision Board Over the last few weeks, I have been putting up sticky notes on the wall by my desk. This week, I will be doing a vision board for the third and fourth quarters of the year. I am very spontaneous and will not do things that other people plan to do because sometimes things in life do not go as planned. I am excited to make a physical vision board. I have been talking about doing so for the last few weeks and have purchased the posterboard and accumulated different types of magazines. Yes, old school style, with no computer printouts. Keep It Simple I have been overthinking what I need for something so simple. I felt that I needed to create a stellar vision board as if it were to be displayed in an art show. I have been holding on to my intentions when I should have just written them on the poster board and then followed up with cutouts. Growing Up I grew up in a Christian household. As a child, I was taught to pray, and whatever I desired, I should leave it in God’s hands. This is meant to say what you desire and trust that God will make it happen.  What are intentions? Intentions are the energy that you put into the universe and work towards by leaving it in the universe. Put it in God‘s hands and leave it there. That is the same thing as putting your intention into the universe and leaving it there. Many say to set intentions, put them in the universe, and leave it. This is true: as you work towards what you want, let it go with faith that it will manifest. Here are 5 Steps to Setting Intention Overall, there are many steps to creating the life that you desire. “The ball is in your court,” as my husband always says. “You are either going to shoot to win the championship or allow it to get taken by the other team. “ I choose to win the championship and make my desires a reality. I am here to help with reprogramming your mind to get into the right mindset. You deserve to have the life you desire. It all begins with mindset and intention. Coaching is available here. The first step leads to many steps of success, but it begins with you.

Thoughful Tuesday

In our homeschool, we do something for each day of the week. Today is Thoughtful Tuesday. Today, I helped my niece develop a new workout routine and spoke words of encouragement. What thoughtful gesture are you going to do for someone today?
